Monday was a pretty ordinary and boring day. The excitement over Erica going to hosital was interesting though. The translators couldn't give a good translation and one minute they were saying she was having problems with her gal-blatter, the next it was her liver, the next another organ. After talking to her mom they decided that she was probably just really dehydrated which is completely understandable. The doctors wanted to admit her over night but Dr. Reames, the professor, wouldn't allow it and even called in attorneys to get her out. They said it was terrible, sanitation didn't really exsist... I can't even imagine. They ended up giving her something to settle her stommach and a very small amount of fluids through the IV. We got her back last night and just kept filling her with Gatorade, water and sprite, but she's doing much better.
Other than that excitement, i read some in a book and took a nap, went to the super market.... We are all kind of bored with Krasondar and ready to move on to something else. The first couple weeks were exciting trying to go out and find things to do and make our way around a foreign country, but now we are kind of exhausted by the whole idea of it. The mornings are cool but the afternoons end up hot and humid, but cool off really quick at night, so you never know how to dress when going out because you aren't always sure when you'll be back. I don't know what the plans are for today. We can't really do any more shopping because of the weight limits on the plane/train between her and moscow. The Russian girls don't understand the concept of 'shopping' if it isn't for something we actually need... so they are tired of taking us to markets. I'm going to wait until Wed. or Thursday to do my laundry and re-pack it for the next move.
No plans for today either. Tonight we are all supposed to be going out to a Karoke bar, (Proffs and Mentors included) So we can show off our fantastic singing talents. American pop music is very popular over here so there will be plenty of songs we actually know. I probably won't actually get on stage, but who knows. The cold has gotten better, i get choked a couple times a day but at least i'm not coughing up a lung every couple of minutes.
I'll probably spend some time today taking pictures of the campus and things. Momma keeps reminding me that things i see everyday and are dull and common aren't common for ya'll because you haven't seen them. It is pretty warm in the computer lab, so i'm going to get out of here and find out what everybody is doing this afternoon. Have a good day! - kait

Hey there, thanks for the visual of the beach. I'm so sorry I missed it. lol. Your half way home. I hope that the trip so far has been all that u expected. By the way I am now a grandma again. Erica had her baby boy. His name is Kylen Sean Crawford, he made is big debut on father's day, weighing in at 7.1 and is 20 inches long. So far he has dark hair and I'm thinking it's going to be curly, his eyes of course are a dark blue but that is possible to change over the next few months. Oh and he is very Handsome. That's the best news I have. As always, take care and be safe.
Luv ya,
